Chapter Leadership
Andrew Fitch
Andrew and his wife, Sheila, celebrated 25 years of marriage in 2025. Their home is rarely quiet—filled with activity and joy when all of their five children, daughter-in-law, and other kids-in-care are home. They are anticipating the arrival of their first grandchild in March 2026. Andrew also has a well-known passion for a good cup of coffee.
Andrew has been involved in camp ministry since 2014, spending seven years directing a camp in Ontario before becoming the Director of Rivers Edge Camp and Retreat Centre in Alberta in September 2021. Before entering camp ministry, he worked in retail management, co-owned a window-covering business with Sheila, and spent several years at a community college as both a professor and an administrator.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys hiking, camping, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.
Peter Tanasiychuk
Peter is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose life has been shaped by faith, family, and a deep commitment to serving others. He and his wife, Tracy, were married in 1973 and are grateful parents to a married daughter and a married son, as well as proud grandparents of five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Peter and Tracy attend Zion Evangelical Missionary Church in Didsbury, where Peter has been actively involved in missions, supporting missionaries in Mexico, Israel, and Romania. He currently serves on the Global Outreach Committee and has previously chaired church boards and served on various committees. He also serves as the Chairman of Rivers Edge Camp.
Peter is the founder of Tanas Concrete Industries. After selling his shares to his son, he continued working in the company until his retirement, marking 50 years in the concrete industry. Throughout his career, he has also served on multiple construction industry boards and committees.
Rick Wiebe
For Rick Wiebe, family and leadership have shaped the story of his life. He and his wife are the proud parents of three wonderful children and four fantastic grandchildren—relationships that continue to be his greatest joy.
Rick has been a businessman in Central Alberta for more than 40 years and has consistently used his influence to strengthen his community. He has served on the board of A Better World, the Central Alberta Home Builders Association, CCA Global, his local church, and is currently a board member at Rivers Edge Bible Camp.
Rick carries a deep passion for leadership—especially investing in and developing young men and women who will lead with integrity, character, and service.
Byron Bradley
Byron is a man of deep faith whose identity is rooted in the God he serves. He is the son of two loving parents, one of whom now waits for him in heaven. The greatest joys in his life are his wife of more than 22 years, their son who recently completed Grade 5, and his three nieces and one nephew.
Byron has served as a senior leader at The Mustard Seed for over 22 years. The Mustard Seed builds hope and well-being for vulnerable individuals across Western Canada through the love of Jesus. He holds a Bachelor of Theology and a Diploma in Ministry from Excelsia University College in Sydney, Australia. For more than 25 years, Byron has been an active parishioner at Centre Street Church, faithfully serving on both the host and prayer teams.
In his spare time, Byron enjoys sharing God’s Word on his YouTube channel HandsFeetSaltLight, spending time outdoors in God’s creation—often kayaking with his family—and jogging at sunrise with his Goldendoodle, taking in the beauty of worship and creation.
