Chapter Leadership

Andrew Fitch

Andrew and Sheila celebrated 25 years of marriage in 2025. Their home is rarely quiet, as they are blessed 5 children and a daughter-in-law, and are also foster parents. He is passionate about a good cup of coffee! Andrew has been in camp ministry since 2014, directing a camp in Ontario for 7 years, and has been the director of Rivers Edge Camp and Retreat Centre in Alberta since September 2021. Before being involved in camp ministry, Andrew was in retail management, had a window covering business with Sheila and spent several years at a Community College, as a professor and in administration. He enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with family and friends.

Peter Tanasiychuk

Peter expected the Lord on October 21,1983. Peter and his wife Tracy married in 1973, they have a married daughter and married son, along with 5 grandkids, and 4 great grandchildren. Peter and Tracy attend Zion Evangelical Missionary church in Didsbury, Peter has been active in missions aiding missionaries in Mexico, Israel and Romania, Peter is currently serving on the Global Outreach Committee at the church, he was chairman of church boards and served on various committees and is currently Chairman of the Rivers Edge Camp. He has also served on numerous construction industry boards. Peter was owner and founder of Tanas Concrete Industries; after selling his shares of the company to his son he remained at the company till his retirement after 50 years in the concrete industry.

Rick Wiebe

Rick Wiebe is married with 3 wonderful children and now 4 fantastic grandchildren. Family and leadership have played an important role in Ricks life. He has been a business man in Central Alberta for over 40 years and during that time has been involved in and contributed to many charities and organizations that have made the Central Alberta community a better place to live. He has been on the board of A Better World, the Central Alberta Home Builders, CCA global, his local church and is currently on the board for Riversedge Bible camp. Rick has a passion for leadership and more specifically leadership training for young men and women.

Byron Bradley

Byron is an image bearer to the most high king. A son to two incredible parents, one who is waiting in heaven. The apple of his eye is his wife of over 22 years and their beautiful son who just finished grade 5 along with 3 nieces and 1 nephew.

Byron is a senior leader with a tenure of over 22 years at The Mustard Seed. The Mustard Seed builds hope and well-being for the most vulnerable citizens through Jesus’ love across western Canada. He obtained a B.Th/DipMin from Excelsia College University in Sydney,Australia and is an active parishioner at Centre Street Church for over 25 years and serves on both the host and prayer teams.

In his spare time, Byron loves to share the word on his new YouTube channel HandsFeetSaltLight, spend a lot of time outdoors in God’s beautiful creation in a kayak with his family and jogging outside watching and worshipping during the sunrise, often with his Goldendoodle.
