Virginia Chapter

Welcome!

We are excited to introduce Souly Business – Virginia and to host our inaugural men’s retreat this November at CrossRoads Camp & Conference Center. What began nearly three decades ago through the Souly Business ministry in Georgia has borne tremendous fruit, and we are grateful for the opportunity to extend this life-giving, spiritually-enriching experience to men across Virginia and the surrounding region.

In 2026, he celebrates 40 years with the company, where he continues to serve in an advisory capacity after previously contributing as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Erik completed the Commissioned Pastor program at Union Seminary in 2018 and remains active in ministry alongside Treena, supporting churches throughout the Presbytery of the Peaks and Warm Springs areas. They deeply value time with their children, Andy and Blake, and granddaughter, Harper. Erik enjoys golf, hiking with their golden retriever, Gus, fitness, and fishing, and is passionate about helping men grow in faith and purpose.  Erik’s life mantra is “Finishing Well,” and his two guiding Scripture passages are Acts 20:24 and Philippians 3:7–9.

He has been married for 37 years to his wife, Debby, Director of the Agape Center in Lynchburg, Virginia, and together they are proud parents of four adult children. An adventurer at heart, Dave loves exploration on land, sea, and air. His faith remains central to his life and leadership, continually guiding both his work and his journey.

Prior to his business career, he served over 25 years in the U.S. Army before retiring as a Colonel. His personal mission is to encourage and equip Christian business owners to lead well and steward their businesses according to timeless Biblical principles.
